Great full service hotel with incredibly clean rooms, free breakfast, and comfortable beds. Walking distance to all of downtown. Also perfect for families with a very kid friendly pool. The staff was incredibly accommodating when I fell ill and had to cancel my first trip the day of. I rebooked for a different date to reward their accommodation and they didn’t disappoint!

It's right in downtown, just minutes by foot to a bunch of restaurants and shops. The hotel is clean, the bed was comfy, the staff were wonderful, and it was all-in-all a great stay. Definitely will consider staying there again when I go back.

Stayed here after a BSU game and it was very impressive. From having a personalized greeting on the tv when we walked in to the amazing customer service from the staff all the way to the delicious breakfast the next morning. I will stay again for sure. Also, if you have kids... the swim area is top notch, my two loved it!

This hotel was great! The location is within walking distance to lots of great downtown spots (zoo, restaurants, capitol, Idaho museum). The staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good! They had lots of options to choose from, and I was happy with everything I ate, but the fresh yogurt was definitely a highlight. My room was very clean and the sheets were sooo soft! I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Boise.

We stayed here on our motorcycle road trip. We had six guys riding and got three rooms with two beds each. The rooms were nice and the location was good. We were able to walk down the street and get some dinner. Breakfast was included but was more of an upscale continental style. Wasn’t terrible but a little lackluster. Not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay here again if in Boise ever again

This is easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. It's perfectly located near downtown Boise, with plenty of restaurants right within walking distance. I would be more than happy to stay here again whenever I have the opportunity to visit!

Great place to stay,when my dad comes into town he always stays here. Great access to downtown and anywhere else really. We love to let our boys swim in there pool.

I would absolutely stay here again - the rooms are so spacious and well laid out with plenty of storage and power outlets in all the right places. Location is central/easy walking distance to so much in the area, and I was pleasantly surprised with how nice and welcoming the front desk staff were at all times. I used the gym facility (bonus points for having a peloton bike!!) and whoever the cleaning staff gentleman was on Thanksgiving day around 930am was cleaning all of the equipment very thoroughly while not interfering with my workout - when I came upstairs he was (I think) maybe getting ready to vacuum. Just very obvious the staff take great care in terms of cleanliness all over the property. The breakfast is nothing to write home about, but it gets the job done. I would have loved to see at least one meat option or prepackaged yogurt as opposed to the dispenser type sweetened yogurt - but the hard boiled eggs and mini waffles satisfied my protein and carb needs for my short trip. If I could make any small request: I would have loved to see protein shakes in the mini grocery area. I settled on a 2% milk, but something like CorePower with a little less fat/sugar would have been perfect! :) Overall no complaints - really fabulous stay. Thanks Cydney for the easy diamond member upgrade before I arrived.
